Following my thrive for growth and need to push my limits, I achieved my PhD from Bocconi University when I was only 27 and was hired by Unicredit Group. I was the first foreign woman sent as an Expat by my company at the age of 29. Five years later I got my European Coaching certificate in Neuro-linguistic programming in London. At the age of 37 I got internationally recognized as a highly qualified and experienced coach gaining the PCC accreditation by ICF with 800+ coaching hours. I speak 5 languages. Diverse and multicultural environment is my natural habitat. I support people and organizations to manage cross-border teams and projects, build healthy relationships, resolve conflicts and emergency situations during times of continuous change. I am a insatiable traveler, passionate dancer, curious reader, and active sport person. Work experience: 15+ years of expertise in Credit Risk Management on the International Banking scene 4+ years Expat experience in Poland as Responsible for Credit Rating Models development 7+ years of experience as Internal Executive coach supporting executives, middle managers and talents in improving work-life balance, communication and leadership skills, neutralizing conflict relationships and finding time for strategic thinking - sustainable results 1 year after the end of the coaching cycles. 5+ years of experience in Sports Coaching of teenage athletes in boosting performance and concentration levels, overcoming performance anxiety, gaining self-esteem and self-confidence, managing states of mind (self-control) and energy levels.
