I have evolved from a professional services consultant to becoming a Business and Personal Coach, being certified at the International Coach Federation. I work to supporting individuals and teams in closing the gaps between where they are and where they want to be in their life.

I bring almost 10 years of professional services experience at Deloitte where, besides the technicalities of the engagements, I was always intrigued by the relationship aspect of the job; in particular how the human factor can impact the performance of teams and companies creating long lasting competitive advantages for the companies who are able to create the best environment for their talents to flourish.  

My consulting experience blended with the latest coaching tools and yoga techniques, and a natural sensitivity and good level of creativity empowers my clients to take greater accountability for their on-going success to become more effective change agents and successful leaders. My sensitivity to inter-cultural aspects combined with my passion for people development enables me to quickly build rapport and work closely with my clients (one2one or within their teams) to achieve personal and professional goals. I’m a multilingual professional fluent in Italian, French, English, educated in Italy and in France.

I started in Paris during the professional course, I had the opportunity to practice with individual clients having the opportunity to experience professional and personal issues.

Senior Audit account: team and customer management; management of the report and deadlines of the audit work, participation in consulting projects.
